A team of unified professionals creating profoundly uncommon results
Jacob K. Munk, J.D.
Teamwork has always been a fundamental part of Jacob’s life. Throughout his life, he has served in multiple leadership roles in the public and private sectors of society. This has fostered a results-oriented mindset with Jacob.
Jacob has been involved in construction for over 2 decades. While earning his bachelor’s degree in construction management at BYU-Idaho, Jacob lead a number of construction crews for a contractor in southeast Idaho. His crews performed excavation, framing, siding, finish carpentry, electrical, flooring coverings, painting, and concrete work. After graduating, Jacob owned and operated his own construction business until the housing market crash of 2008.
From there he attended law school in Florida, earning his Juris Doctor. While attending law school he was the Vice President and then President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. In this role he lead and volunteered in many service projects. His favorite projects were those involving the USO, a non-profit charitable organization that works with the United States Armed Services. In addition, Jacob also worked for the City of Jacksonville, Florida in the Ombuds Department. In this role, he investigated contractual disputes between various sub-contractors and city entities.
With his education, diverse experience working within both private and public entities, and his multiple leadership positions, Jacob is well positioned to guide his clients through the construction process.
At Harrow Consulting our unified team is focused on creating profoundly uncommon results. To create profoundly uncommon results requires a perspective on project management unlike others in the industry. Harrow Consulting believes the owners, contractor, engineers, architects, financial representatives, etc. are all on the same team working together toward the same end.
When challenges arise, Harrow team member view the challenge as “Harrow Team v. the challenge”. In doing so, we develop alternative resolutions that are better than any one team member can imagine on their own. In this way we create profoundly uncommon results.
From Our Customers
"We hired Jacob from Harrow Consulting to manage the construction of a new 17,000 square foot warehouse/dismantle facility and to manage the remodel of an existing office building. Jacob was able to save us several hundred thousand dollars through a hybrid construction process he negotiated with Stack Construction. He also found additional ways to save money through the construction process while ensuring the quality of work remained intact."
"We had been working in a management position for a business for sometime and were given the opportunity to purchase the small business. We had difficulties making financial decisions on our own and Jacob gave us confidence and know-how to go forward with this process. Jacob from Harrow Consulting helped us locate the right pieces, arrange them together, and finalize the deal. He was very informative and we had no surprises when the purchase was complete. After purchasing the business, we continue to work with Harrow Consulting and have found the relationship to be quite valuable."

Owners, Lemhi Auto
We asked Harrow Consulting to help develop a 16 acre piece of raw land into a business complex. They took the time to meet with neighboring landowners, city and county officials, civil contractors, utilities providers, etc. Harrow Consulting was able to provide us with a realistic expectation of what it was going to take to get the development completed. As we progress through the project we look forward to capitalizing on the relationships that Harrow Consulting has established to complete the development.
