Meet Harrow Consulting

Jacob K. Munk, J.D.

Teamwork has always been a fundamental part of Jacob’s life.  Throughout his life, he has served in multiple leadership roles in the public and private sectors of society.  This has fostered a results-oriented mindset with Jacob.

Jacob has been involved in construction for over 2 decades.  While earning his bachelor’s degree in construction management at BYU-Idaho, Jacob lead a number of construction crews for a contractor in southeast Idaho.  His crews performed excavation, framing, siding, finish carpentry, electrical, flooring coverings, painting, and concrete work.  After graduating, Jacob owned and operated his own construction business until the housing market crash of 2008.  

From there he attended law school in Florida, earning his Juris Doctor.  While attending law school he was the Vice President and then President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.  In this role he lead and volunteered in many service projects.  His favorite projects were those involving the USO, a non-profit charitable organization that works with the United States Armed Services.  In addition, Jacob also worked for the City of Jacksonville, Florida in the Ombuds Department.  In this role, he investigated contractual disputes between various sub-contractors and city entities.

With his education, diverse experience working within both private and public entities, and his multiple leadership positions, Jacob is well positioned to guide his clients through the construction process.

Brett Bishop

Stack Construction’s desire to achieve client satisfaction through collaboration is a direct reflection of the values and philosophy of its President and Owner, Brett Bishop.

He strongly believes that there does not need to be a winner and a loser on construction projects, and the only truly successful projects are ones that are a win-win for all interested parties.

Brett’s knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial construction and experience in alternate project delivery methods has given him the specialized skills to achieve this goal.

While working as a framing and finish carpenter, Brett received a BS in Construction Management from Boise State University in 1999. He has since worked as a project engineer, project manager and senior project manager in the commercial and industrial markets as well as the operations manager of a residential and light commercial framing company.

Brett served in the Idaho Army National Guard for 13 years. He was deployed to Iraq as a part of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004-2005. Brett has served as a youth leader in the Boy Scouts of America, a neighborhood HOA president, and is currently a commissioner on his community’s Urban Renewal Authority. He lives in the Boise, Idaho area with his wife and six children. He is active in his church and enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor recreation and sporting events.

Dustin Mortimer

"Dustin’s attention to detail, professional expertise and focused commitment to his clients’ interests, make him a key member of Harrow Consulting. Dustin specializes in leasing and selling retail, office and industrial commercial real estate.

Dustin is a native of the Idaho Falls area. After graduating from Idaho Falls high school, Dustin served his country in the United States Army with two combat tours in Iraq as a Combat Engineer. He then spent 7 years working at the Idaho Department of Finance.

Dustin completed his undergraduate studies at Idaho State University, with a degree in Business Management. He also holds an MBA from Idaho State University."

Gregory C. Calder

Greg is a recognized leader in the representation of business owners throughout our region. He has over 20 years of experience in business succession, business transactional, complex corporate, and complex estate planning matters.

He enjoys developing creative and innovative strategies to architect the most optimal structure for his clients, whether it be an S corporation, a limited partnership, or a limited liability company. An important element of his practice is providing cutting edge advice to executives, so that they are armed with the information they need to make the right decisions for their companies. His business practice includes the buying and selling of businesses, mergers, reorganizations, buy-sell agreements, and the development of exit strategies. He regularly advises families, physician groups, agricultural enterprises, and other businesses in the formation of business structures, compensation policies, merger transactions, as well as valuation and compliance matters.

B Luke Jolley, P.E.

Luke, President of HLE, Inc. and a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the States of Idaho, Wyoming, and Virginia. He oversees all Civil engineering projects in both HLE offices Blackfoot and Idaho Falls, and has worked in the Engineering and Land Surveying industry for well over 2 decades.

Luke’s project experience includes, transportation, geotechnical, public wells, public water systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm systems, land development, site design and roadway design, and working with the client for public bidding, awarding a contract, and construction oversight while coordinating with the client and contractor.

Luke believes the foundation for successful projects is a detailed set of drawings and specifications at the beginning of the project.  Luke’s reputation for quality workmanship and detail is evident by the contractor’s response during construction.  He knows what items need to be completed for projects to be within budget and on time, and always takes full responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the consultant’s work, and for ensuring that adequate personnel and other resources are available for his projects.

Luke has earned the respect of clients by knowing that he works for them and is there to protect them and ensure that they get the very best project that they can get and that will continue to serve them as desired for many years.

Clint Jolley P.L.S.

Honesty, integrity, and common sense are the basis of what Clint Jolley stands for in both business and his personal life.

Clint, Vice President of HLE, Inc., and a registered Professional Land Surveyor with over 2 decades of surveying and staking experience, Clint manages the construction survey operations, as well as overall day to day office management within HLE’s Idaho Falls office.

Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Technology from Idaho State University. His expertise includes, highway construction, boundary surveys, GPS surveys, route survey, land and construction surveys, subdivision staking, topographic and ALTA surveys.  He has experience using the latest Trimble GPS equipment, is always learning more and strives to stay current with the many growing industry technologies and trainings.

Clint has skillfully planned and managed many projects, within the State of Idaho, for private, State, and Government entities alike. With his education and determination to give only the best experience and serve those around him, his clients and associates feel confident knowing that he has the skills, to manage projects through all processes of Land Development and Surveying seamlessly. Clint’s reputation for quality workmanship and detail is evident by his commitment to his Clients, as well as their response to it. 

Dave Schofield

Dave strongly believes in a comprehensive approach to pursue quality and success for businesses and their employees. He listens carefully to his client’s wants, needs, goals and desires, then helps them make strategic, well informed decisions for their immediate, mid-term and long-term needs.

Dave provides a wide variety of employee benefits packages suited to the company’s desire to attract and retain key employees. Benefits may include group health insurance, short term and long term disability, life insurance, vision and dental plans.

He began his career in the employee benefits industry in 2004 shortly after graduating from BYU-Idaho with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Dave also maintains his Life, Disability, and Health Insurance licenses in several states.

He is married to Rachael Webster from Rexburg, Idaho. They have three beautiful daughters and handsome son. They play lots of sports, serve in the local communities and enjoy most of what the great Idaho outdoors has to offer. They also enjoy spending time in Island Park throughout the year with family and friends.
